RETURN POLICY

  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. We kindly request that you initiate the return process within this timeframe to facilitate a prompt resolution.

  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was sent, with all original tags intact. This means that the product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that any accessories, manuals, or promotional materials that came with the item are also included in the return.

  3. For orders with a total value below $150, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as Luxieroyal cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged returns.

  4. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the aforementioned criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund for the original purchase amount. Please note that any shipping fees or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  5. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  6. In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions on how to proceed.
